PA Governor Tom Corbett

Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett is recuperating after undergoing surgery to repair an abdominal hernia this morning at Allegheny General Outpatient Surgical Center in Pittsburgh. The surgery, like all surgeries of famous people, was announced as “successful.”

Lt. Gov. Jim Cawley was acting governor for about 90 minutes this morning. No word on what he did during his hour and a half reign of terror, but we can imagine it was fun to have that immense power to do things like not tax natural gas production.
