Routes are restricted, tempers are short, and the heat isn't always on.
Thank God SEPTA’s running in some places or this city would be completely paralyzed by the snow. Still, if you’ve actually been riding transit since the storm began, you know that the rides are longer and the tempers shorter. Also, the heat isn’t always on.
