Christie Inauguration Party Called Off
Snow.
A snowstorm named Janus (you may have heard of it) has put an end to the festivities at Ellis Island today.
“Unfortunately due to the anticipated severe weather conditions posed by today’s winter storm, we have made the decision to cancel this evening’s inaugural celebration at Ellis Island,” the inaugural committee said in a statement. “This action has been taken out of an abundance of caution.”
