Atlantic Club Closes; Hard Rock Could Buy Revel

AP reports Atlantic City’s Atlantic Club casino “will be stripped for parts and sold to two larger competitors, neither of which has any interest in operating it amid Atlantic City’s shrinking casino market.”

Fox Business, meanwhile reports that Hard Rock International could take over the always-ailing Revel. If Hard Rock reaches a deal for Revel in the next several weeks, reports said, “the company will likely shut it down for a renovation.”
