WATCH: ATVs Ride the Rocky Steps in the Snow
At least it's not another tourist waving his arms in the air.
First, we had the Turkish guy in the convertible w. Now we have (at least) six dudes in ATVs. Rocky-Step driving is in danger of becoming one of the city’s official sports at this rate.

I know this is illegal behavior, and causes damage to the nice steps, etc. But frankly, I’m just happy to something go up and down the Rocky Steps that isn’t a tourist running around with his arms in the air. NBC 10 has the video here.
