This Is How Much Snow Fell in Philadelphia Yesterday

Plus: John Bolaris is titillated by the storm.

Yesterday’s nobody-saw-this-coming snowstorm totaled 8.6 inches yesterday in Philadelphia, according to the National Weather Service. That’s more than anybody expected, but according to Philly.com weatherzombie John Bolaris, the snowfall set records for the date in five other nearby cities.

Cherry Hill – 8 inches

Medford – 9.4 inches

Newark, Del – 12 inches

Wilmington – 8.5 inches

Lindenwold – 8.8 inches

Deptford – 9 inches

In other Bolaris news, his story featured the term “snow job” three times and the phrase “super freaky” once. Never change, John Bolaris, never change.
