Massachusetts Finally Getting Yuengling

Massachusetts appears to be very excited.

Boston Magazine published an item today expressing great joy that Yuengling would be exporting to Massachusetts for the first time since 1993. The reason they pulled out, apparently, was because demand was too high, and the little Yuengling that could wasn’t able to meet it. Well, times have changed.

Representatives from the company, D.G. Yuengling & Son, are reportedly meeting with store owners and beer distributors this week to come up with a plan to reintroduce several types of their beers back into the state, something that is still in the preliminary stages.

Lest you think we’re gauging the enthusiasm for Yuengling purely based on the fact that Boston, Philadelphia’s sister publication, has posted an article about this development, let me point you towards the staggering amount of Facebook likes and Twitter tweets said article has generated.

That’s an absurd amount of likes. Why they’re excited? I do not know.
