Does new video show the same officer who is already under investigation?
Gosh, this doesn’t seem very nice:
6ABC reports the video above is now part of the Internal Affairs investigation into Officer Philip Nace, who became nationally infamous last week on secretly recorded video showing him treating a stop-and-frisk suspect … rudely.
“Internal affairs is conducting a full scale investigation on the incident, however, just based on what we can see, that’s not something that’s tolerated. I mean, what we can see, it doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see what he’s doing there,” Lt. John Stanford of the Philadelphia Police Department said.
Nace is reportedly on desk duty while Internal Affairs completes its fast-tracked investigation.
