UPDATE: Tacony-Palmyra Bridge Reopens After 11-Hour Malfunction

UPDATE: The Tacony-Palmyra bridge, which was shut down for some 11 hours, has just reopened to traffic. according to CBS 3.

ORIGINAL: The Tacony-Palmyra bridge, on which 70,000 motorists commute to and from Philly and South Jersey, has been stuck open since 1 a.m. today, CBS 3 reports. Officials are telling motorists to cross using the Betsy Ross or Burlington-Bristol bridges instead. It’s not immediately clear what caused the malfunction. More below.
