Fourteen-Member Family Homeless After Overnight Fire

NBC 10 reports on an overnight fire that forced a family of 14 out of their North Philadelphia home:

When firefighters arrived they found heavy smoke coming from the two-story row house. It didn’t take long for firefighters to bring the blaze under control but the damage was already done to the structure.

Luckily, all 14 people, including six children, living inside made it out unharmed. However, that family was left homeless, according to the American Red Cross.

The Red Cross is providing food and shelter assistance to the family.
