Only ONE Shore Town Named to CNN’s “Best Beach Towns” List

From Avalon to Wildwood to Ocean City, wounded beachgoers across the Jersey Shore cried out in shock and horror, confronted with CNN’s “22 Can’t-Miss Beaches” list. Of Shore towns, only Cape May–oh great injustice!–made the cut.

Enjoy the lovely beaches in Cape May, New Jersey, and stay at one of its Victorian bed and breakfast inns. The entire town was declared a National Historic Landmark because of its collection of Victorian architecture.

In fairness, Hilton Head, SC also made the cut, which is quickly becoming a favorite among the region’s political power players. [CNN]
