Sure, you could spend your Independence Day checking out Questlove and John Mayer. Or the Philly Pops. Or the Liberty Bell. Or any number of typical July 4th events. But if you really want freedom, go fishing. Tomorrow, in honor of Independence Day, the state will allow you to–gasp–fish without a license.
