Sister of NJ’s New Senator Got Kicked Out of a Springsteen Concert for Being Drunk

New Jersey, as of today, has a new Senator. His name if Jeff Chiesa. Surely there will be more information to report about his work as state Attorney General. For now, however, let us recall the time his sister got kicked out of a Bruce Springsteen concert at the Meadowlands for being drunk.

“Along with 16 other people, she was escorted from the concert area as is common practice for these situations,” a spokesman for Chiesa, Paul Loriquet, said. “The attorney general did what any responsible brother would do and drove her home.”

Chris Christie, like any responsible Springsteen fan, remained in his box to redeem himself for falling asleep at a show a month earlier. [Star-Ledger]
