3 Charged in Grad Hospital Tire-Slashing Spree

When news first broke Friday that there had been a tire-slashing spree in Graduate Hospital, initial reports put the number of cars damaged at about a dozen. Now, three have been charged, and it turns out that 39 cars either had their tires slashed, windshields damaged, or were keyed. The suspects were identified primarily using video cameras near Bainbridge and 18th, where most of the damage was done. One of the two men charged also tried to steal a bike, but was unsuccessful.
