Dzhokhar Tsarnaev Communicating in Writing; And Other News from Boston

19 year-old Boston Marathon bombing suspect Dzhokhar Tsarnaev is conscious and responding to queries in writing at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital, according to the latest reports. The content of his messages, however, is not known. Authorities say he could be charged as soon as today. Four people–three marathon watchers on Monday, and one police officer Thursday night–are believed to have been killed by Tsarnaev and his now-deceased brother Tamerlan. Meanwhile, 52 victims injured at the marathon remain hospitalized, several of them also at Beth Israel. [ABC]
