Your Official Guide to Superbowl Food and Drink Specials


Unless you’re like me and refuse to watch this year’s Super Bowl, check out this comprehensive list of Philly bars featuring superduper Super Bowl specials, compiled by our friends at Foobooz. (Fun fact: Foobooz was almost named Fooboozle.)

Bainbridge Barrel House – $1 off Maryland and San Francisco drafts. That means you save a buck on Stillwater, DuClaw, 21st Ammendment, Anchor and more. Wings will just be 50¢.

Bottle Bar East –  $40 includes gets you all-you-can-eat buffalo wings and Yards Brawler and PBC Kenzinger.

City Tap House – All weekend beers from San Francisco and Baltimore (Anchor Steam,  21st Amendment, Natty Bo, Brewer’s Art and Stillwater) will be on tap.

Del Frisco’s – $8 VIP cocktails, $8 wine specials plus beer specials in the Vault.

Dock Street Brewery – Watch the game on their huge projector screen. Enjoy Dock Street’s new Galaxy Pale Ale and as a rare treat, the brew pub is serving wings: whole, wood-fired and char-grilled wings in buffalo-style sauce served with a yogurt-bleu cheese dressing. Vegetarians can try the buffalo tofu pizza.

Field House – $35 entrance gets you unlimited chicken wing and select beers including Yards Philly Pale Ale and Brawler.

Kite & Key – It’s Savage Sunday at Kite & Key. The Fairmount bar stockpiles some great beer for this event. Tap time is 7 p.m. and the list will not be divulged until then.

Le Viet – Complementary wings at the bar, $3 beers and  $2.50 crispy spring rolls. Also $5 wine and cocktails.

London Grill – California’s Stone Vertical Epic 12.12.12 and 11.11.11 are being tapped for the game. And not to play favorites, so will EVO Primal Pale Ale from Evolution, a Maryland Craft Brewery. Also on special; $3 domestic bottle beers, $4 select draught beers and $3 small plates.

MilkBoy Philadelphia – MilkBoy The Studio has a rooting interest in the Super Bowl. The studio composed, performed and produced original music, as well as handled audio post-production for the Century 21 commercials which will air before and during the Super Bowl. During the commercials all shots will be $2. All game will feature $3 Anchor Steam (SF) and Flying Dog (MD) beers. Complimentary appetizers at half-time.

Noir –  $1 Yuengling pints, $5 O’Canada citywide specials. And wings will just be 25¢ each.

Perch Pub – $3 bourbon shots, $5 Jagermeister shots and $15 buckets of domestic beers during the game. Happy Hour also happens from 9 to 10 p.m., where all craft drafts are 50% off.

Xfinity Live – Lost In Paris performs live pre-game from 3-6 p.m., plus enjoy $3 select drafts all day long. And the parking is free.
