NBC to Host Hurricane Benefit Concert With Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel and Others

NBC has announced that it will host a Hurricane Sandy benefit concert featuring musicians from some of the areas hit hardest by the storm. Bruce Springsteen, Billy Joel, Bon Jovi, Christina Aguilera, Sting and Jimmy Fallon are all scheduled to perform and the event. Proceeds will benefit the American Red Cross. It will be broadcast from NBC’s Rockefeller Center facilities on Friday at 8 p.m. It’ll be shown on Bravo, CNBC, USA, MSNBC and E! and tape-delayed for the West Coast. [Huffington Post]
