Lawyer Says Temple Shouldn’t Find Out if Incoming Freshman Disseminated Child Pornography as a Juvenile

A Superior Court recently ruled that it was alright for juvenile court to notify Temple University that an incoming freshman had been found delinquent of disseminating child pornography. Now, a lawyer representing the prospective student is asking that the court allow a panel of judges to hear his argument. The lawyer says that the state law requires that schools be notified of such matters, but that the law shouldn’t be extended to include universities and colleges. [Philly.com]
