Philly Traffic Judge Brought Up on Federal Fraud Charges

Philadelphia Traffic Court Judge Robert Mulgrew, his wife Elizabeth, and an aide to a state legislator have been arrested on federal fraud charges. A federal grand jury handed up an indictment indicating that Judge Mulgrew and the aide defrauded a state agency of hundreds of thousands of dollars worth of grant funds. [Philly.com]
