Philly Man Sues Hooters Over Racial Slur

Kisuk Cha and his girlfriend—both Korean-Americans—went to a Hooters in Queens, New York. They ordered some wings and buffalo shrimp to go. When they got their order, Cha noticed that they had been entered into the point-of-sale system as “Chinx.” It was printed on the receipt. Cha has since filed a suit against Hooters. The company says the employee that entered the slur has since resigned. [CBS 3]
