VIDEO: A Cardboard Cutout of Hunter Pence Tries to Hypnotize You Into Buying Bread from Liscio’s Bakery

Hey! Here’s that video of a cardboard cutout of former Phillie Hunter Pence peddling hoagie rolls at Philadelphia landmarks set to irritating house music with an autotune voice-over that you never asked for. Pence and his “Let’s go eat!” slogan were used in advertisements for Liscio’s Bakery prior to the Phils shipping him to San Francisco in the Great Fire Sale of 2012. As obnoxious as this video is, they’re on-point when they say it all starts with the bread. Seriously, though, this Monday was rough enough without having listened to that house music.
