Three-Story Building Collapses in Port Richmond

A three-story building in Philly’s Port Richmond section collapsed late Wednesday morning. The building’s front on the 1800 block of E. Westmoreland Street was all that remained after the back of the structure caved in, crushing a few vehicles parked nearby. The building had reportedly been slowly crumbling for years. ABC’s Chopper 6 HD was there to take pictures of the rubble. [6 ABC]
