Bomb Squad Responds to Call at Citizens Bank Park [UPDATE]

A worker was supposedly cutting the grass outside Citizens Bank Park on Tuesday morning. He claims that he struck something and that it exploded. The PPD bomb squad was staging outside of the Bank in response to the incident, which occurred on the west side of the stadium near 10th and Packer. [6 ABC]

UPDATE: It was an unused firework, according to police.
