Local Joyrider Faces Up to 20 Years for Allegedly Driving Onto PHL Runway

The 24-year-old man who supposedly DUI-ed his way onto the tarmac at PHL earlier this year faces a whole bunch of federal charges. If he’s convicted of disrupting service and endangering airport safety, he could face up to 20 years in prison, three years of supervised release, and a $250,000 fine. The Chadds Ford man supposedly drove his Jeep through a fence and onto a runway at PHL while Philadelphia Police gave pursuit.
