KDKA-TV in Pittsburgh has obtained documents from the Attorney General’s Office that indicate that former Penn State Vice President Gary Schultz, “created, maintained and possessed” a secret file on Jerry Sandusky pertaining to allegations of sexual abuse. The file supposedly contains emails indicating that former president Graham Spanier, Schultz and former athletic director Tim Curley knew about the alleged 2001 shower incident.
