Judge Denies Sandusky’s Request to Have Trial Delayed

Today a judge denied Jerry Sandusky’s request to have his trial delayed further. His attorney Joeseph Amendola argued that he needed additional time to track down and interview witnesses in order to provide Sandusky with an adequate defense. He also cited issues concerning the lack of availability of the Penn State officials that face charges in the case. The trial is slated to begin on June 5th. [Washington Post]
