Flyers Sued Over Winter Classic Tickets

A Montco-based law firm has filed a lawsuit against Comcast-Spectacor on behalf of season ticket-holders that they say were entitled to Winter Classic tickets. They allege that the fans entered an agreement with the team to purchase tickets to every home game, which includes the Winter Classic, and should not have been required to purchase tickets to the alumni and minor league hockey games in order to procure their tickets to the main event.
