Officer Under Investigation for Tasing. An officer in the Colwyn Police Department is accused of tasering a juvenile suspect up to nine times in a holding cell last week. It is also believed that the teen may have been handcuffed at the time. Don’t tase him nine times, Bro. [Daily News]
