The General Counsel for the Barnes Foundation took his own life on Saturday afternoon. Authorities say that 47-year-old Brett I. Miller committed suicide by gunshot over the weekend. Miller was appointed General Counsel of the Barnes Foundation in late 2009 and was an integral part of its successful move to the Parkway. [GalleristNY]
