Rush Limbaugh Is Leaving WPHT. The Philadelphia station will replace his program with Michael Smerconish as it looks like Limbaugh’s show will end up on FM station WKDN—a Christian station transitioning to a talk-news format. [New York Times]

Rendell and Whitman Unimpressed. Ed Rendell and Christine Todd Whitman discussed politics at the National Constitution Center as David Eisner—president and CEO of the National Constitution Center—moderated. As per usual, Rendell offered up some gems. He said, “The Republicans have done everything they could to screw this up for themselves. It’s been a clown show.” He also urged Santorum to drop out of the race before he loses Pennsylvania. [Constitution Daily]

Bella Santorum Released From Hospital. Rick Santorum’s daughter Bella was released from a Virginia hospital last night. Today, her father returns to the campaign trail with stops in Gettysburg and Lancaster. [Inquirer]

ACLU and NAACP to Sue Over Voter ID Law. Pennsylvania’s ACLU has announced its intention to file a lawsuit over Pennsylvania’s new voter ID law. The group’s legal director Vic Walczak said the law targets the elderly, the poor and college students. He added, “They tend to vote more Democratic than Republican. It’s hard not to be cynical that this isn’t an effort to suppress the vote.” [Newsworks]

Internet Gambling in A.C.? Governor Chris Christie has indicated that he’ll sign a bill that will legalize Internet gambling at Atlantic City casinos if the bill makes it to his desk. Christie vetoed a similar bill last year over concerns that the gambling couldn’t be contained to certain properties. [Inquirer]

Ilya Bryzgalov Is Afraid of Bears. Or something like that. Philadelphia’s net-minder offered up some more interesting banter with reporters yesterday as the Flyers get set to open up the playoffs against the Pens tomorrow. [Crossing Broad]
