HughE Dillon One-Shot: Scott Hartnell at Moorestown Mall

More than 300 lined up for the Flyer's autograph.

Philadelphia Flyer Scott Hartnell made an appearance last night at BC Sports in the Moorestown Mall. About 300 people stood in line for up to three hours to get a photo, jersey, hockey puck or stick signed. Steve Mazza, of Marlton, was doing a mitzvah by getting his girlfriend Christine Adolf’s favorite jersey signed (she was working.) She has about a dozen former and current Flyers signatures on the shirt, which she wears to the games. Meanwhile back in Center City, newly acquired Flyers defense-man Nicklas Grossmann was enjoying a big juicy steak with friends at Del Frisco’s. Recently, Grossmann fessed up that for his entire NHL career his name had been spelled incorrectly on his jersey. The Flyers have corrected it now, adding the extra “n” at the end of his name that had been missing. Next up: Philadelphia Flyer Max Talbot is having an autograph session at the Sports Cave in the Shops at Liberty Place on Tuesday, March 27th from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.
