Oxford Schools Dismiss as Police Search for Car Thief

Schools in Oxford are preparing to dismiss after students had been on lockdown this afternoon. Police were pursuing a suspect who supposedly stole a car in Maryland before ending up in southern Chester County. They say that he fled on foot. Police are still looking for the man. [NBC Philadelphia]
