Pennsylvania Voters Want to Re-Name Stadium for Joe Paterno

A Quinnipiac University poll released today indicates that voters in Pennsylvania are in favor of re-naming Penn State’s Beaver Stadium for Joe Paterno. JoePa passed away in January, only a few short months after he was controversially fired amid the Jerry Sandusky sexual-abuse scandal. Of voters who were polled, 46 percent were in favor of honoring Paterno by changing the name while 40 percent were against the idea. [Fox 29]
