That kind of money buys a lot of beach passes and pancakes at Uncle Bill’s. A recent report shows that tourists spent $38 billion in the Garden State last year. That figure demonstrates a seven percent increase from 2010. Jersey also saw an extra 11 million visitors in 2011.
