Actress Kim Delaney Explains Bizarre Philly Behavior, Cites “Technical Problems”

Remember when Upper Darby-native Kim Delaney made an ass out of herself at the Constitution Center’s 2011 Liberty Bell Medal ceremony? In the interview with EW, Delaney says she was having a “bad week” and that there were “technical problems.” Yeah, there seem to have been a lot of “technical problems” in Philadelphia lately. [EW]
