Taylor Swift Was Billboard’s Top Earner in 2011

T-Swift brought in over $35 million in album sales, tours and publishing royalties. That was good enough for the top spot on Billboard’s list of 2011’s biggest earners. U2 was second followed by Kenny Chesney, Lady Gaga and Lil Wayne. Adele was tenth on the list even though she canceled a bunch of her American tour dates. [Philly.com]
