Who’d have thought that a judge wouldn’t be cool about a fake-cancer scam? A Philadelphia woman has been sentenced to nearly five years in prison for pretending to have cancer to avoid serving a four-month sentence for stealing from the bank accounts of the elderly. Apparently she spent three years forging documents from her “doctors” about her diagnosis.
