Santorum Catches Romney in the Polls. A recent Pew survey shows that Rick Santorum and Mitt Romney are virtually tied in the race for the GOP candidacy. Other polls indicate that Santorum is comfortably ahead in Michigan two weeks before the state’s primary. We can’t believe it either. [Inquirer]

In honor of the late Don Cornelius and Whitney Houston, hundreds of Philadelphians gathered on the Art Museum steps to set the record for the world’s longest Soul Train line. VFMA Cadet Arrested for Sexual Assault. Radnor Police arrested a cadet at Valley Forge Military Academy yesterday after he was accused of sexually assaulting a female cadet last week. [NBC Philadelphia]

Philly Cops Nab 22 Fugitives This Morning. The Philadelphia Police Department worked cooperatively with other regional officials to carry out a series of raids this morning that led to the capture of 22 fugitives. [Inquirer]
