Anonymous Donations Bring Funds to Save Bonner-Prendie to $5 Million

Bonner-Prendie had raised $1.4 million in an effort to stay open amidst the closings announced by the Archdiocese of Philadelphia. That fundraising total is now at least $5 million thanks to the help of two anonymous donors. The money doesn’t guarantee that Archbishop Chaput will grant Monsignor Bonner and Archbishop Prendergast a stay of execution, but it certainly won’t hurt the cause. [Delco Times]
