What Do You Get When You Cross “Freaks and Geeks” and “Jersey Shore”?
Happy pilot season! FOX has purchased television show that takes place down the shore. Wildwood is a ’80s dramedy that focuses on a teenage girl who lies about her age to score a gig tending bar on the boards. Think Jersey Shore meets Freaks and Geeks (finally). We’ll totally watch if they manage to cast Jason Segal, Seth Rogen and James Franco. The show has a put pilot commitment, so expect to see the inaugural episode at some point later this year.
