The Clothes Aren’t Cool Anymore and Other Perceived Problems Facing Urban Outfitters

Urban Outfitters CEO Glen Senk recently jumped ship (had to walk the plank?) and took up the same post for David Yurman. Senk’s departure isn’t the only thing that has Philly’s faux-hipster superstore in the news these days. The company has been struggling to meet expectations as it has had to deal with cease and desist letters from Navajo Nation and angry remarks from the mind and thumbs of Miley Cyrus. Also, apparently their clothes aren’t cool anymore—which means hipsters will probably love them. [Jezebel]
