Philly is Up for “City of the Year” at GovFresh Awards

Philly and New York City are in the running to win the “City of the Year” award from GovFresh—an open government news website. There are 20 categories and both cities are nominated in nearly all of them. Voting for the winners in each category ends next week. Judges will then take a stab at it before announcing a winner.
