The Roots Play “Lyin’ Ass Bitch” for Michele Bachmann

Jimmy Fallon says Questlove is grounded. The talk show host tweeted about it after the Internet community caught wind of the fact that the Roots played Fishbone’s “Lyin’ Ass Bitch” as Michele Bachmann walked on stage for her interview. Bachmann didn’t notice the reference and neither did many of those watching. But, it’s 2011 and there are no secrets where there’s a wi-fi connection. So, now NBC has removed the video of the show and it looks like The Roots crew could be in some hot water. Also, their new album drops in two weeks. [Washington Post]
