Philly public transit can't take the heat
If you’re planning to take Regional Rail or a trolley home today, don’t rush. SEPTA has announced that some transit may be behind schedule today because of the extreme heat. This strikes the Scoop as rather odd, since trains are often late in the winter because of cold and in the fall because of leaves. When exactly does SEPTA run on schedule?
