News is trickling in about a possible tornado in Northeast Philadelphia that may be responsible for a building’s partial collapse. [Inquirer] Reporter Kia Gregory tweets, “Possible tornado in NE Philly? The roof of a beer distributor on Northeast Avenue just blew off.”
