Congratulations to Dana Lombardo who is the new communications manager at the Philadelphia Zoo.

Renee Reese appeared on a Dallas morning talk show last Wednesday with a few of the Philadelphia Eagles wives who will be participating in the NFL Players Wives Charity Basketball Game on October 2nd: Julie Dorenbos (Jon Dorenbos’ wife), Kijfah Frink (Mike Vicks’ fiancé), Kenya Wyatt (King Dunlap’s significant other), and Sherice Brown (wife of 2010 Hall of Fame Nominee Tim Brown). Renee tells me that Kendra Wilkinson-Baskett is still a go for the event that will be held at the Athletics and Fitness Center at Rutgers-Camden and benefit American Lung Association and Susan G. Komen’s 3-Day for the Cure.

Happy Birthday to Jackiem Wright who celebrated last Sunday night at Recess. In attendance were Philadelphia Eagles players Jeremy Maclin, LeSean McCoy, Eldra Buckley, and Moise Fokou. Also there: Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter Marsha Ambrosius and Ryan Dorsey, DJ Aktive, and DJ Arun.

Amy Ryan was at the Philadelphia screening of Jack Goes Boating at the Ritz Bourse last Thursday.
