SEPTA Bus Crashes Into Monk’s Cafe. A bus involved in a collision with a DRPA police SUV smashed into Monk’s on 16th Street at 2:15 a.m. A side wall of the restaurant was destroyed, and at least eight people were displaced from the apartments above the restaurant.
