If the former garment factory that houses the city version of Dane Decor—which offers a much more modern furniture assemblage than its suburban sisters—feels a bit like The Real World, well, you’re right on. Owner Drew Hamilton furnished the bachelor/bachelorette pad during the show’s Philly season and, not surprisingly, caters to a younger crowd of stylish condo and loft dwellers. Out-of-town Dane Decor regulars will recognize the rustic-sleek Scandinavian rockers, platform beds, armchairs and desks. Modern design hounds will appreciate pieces channeling slightly more naturalist versions of Starck, Mies and Jacobsen.
