Sweat's Jim Pfromm is a former collegiate basketball player for Wilkes University, and has a B.S. in Kinesiology from Penn State University. He’s been a personal trainer for the past four years.
Sweat's Justin Spies has been a certified trainer for just over 10 years, specializing in sports dietetics. Justin brings energy, enthusiasm and fun along with his extensive knowledge of the human body to help his clients reach their goals.
Sweat's Holly Waters is energentic, upbeat and loves everything and anything to do with health and fitness. She takes pride in working with people of all levels of fitness and was honored to be recognized as Best of Philly 2010: Trainer for the Weak-Willed.
