Kick off the 234th Independence Day weekend with a patriotic night of country dancing at the American Legion Hall at 41 Linden Avenue in Newtown, PA. Try out English country dancing for the first time or come out if you know you already love it. Enjoy live music on the first Friday of each month throughout the year and don’t worry about going stag, all are welcome, with or without a partner. Don’t forget to wear clean, soft-soled, non-marking shoes to dance the night away in while listening to Susie Lorand, Paul Prestopino, Kathy Talvitie, and Friends.
